We at always provide to you better customer experience & quality of service every day, but due to any reason or situation we are unable to deliver to your service which you purchased from us, then you are eligible for the Refund subjection to be in following cases:
1. The Refund can be only eligible if there is a definite event about the purchase of service only from web portal or android app or through any other way.
2. In the case of full payment or partial payment of service by any client & after that due to change of mind place a refund request, then refund request can only be approved if refund request reason is genuine and judge by senior management team.
3. If the customer withdraws his application from the team due to any external factors like ( Govt Web Portal’s or server issue or Rejection from MCA), the customer are not entitled to the refund.
4. If the customer application is pending on the government officer’s part or approval stage or any delay from the government side, the customer is not entitled to the refund.
5. If the customer raises refund request after the completion of service by, then the customer is not entitled to the refund in any situation.
6. if in the case customer is not responsive on documentation part & same has been initiated via email or any form of communication stating that the work has been started by the team and pending on client part then the customer is not entitled to the refund in any situation.

Refund Amount:

We at Charge the fees on services:
So we are responsible for refunding only the balance Fees which is not already spent on government fees on the service.

Exchange of Service:

We accept the Exchange of service when the customer is not entitled to the refund & work not started by team. The exchange of service will be the sole discretion of the management team.

Refund Process:

If has approved the Refund request then the customer will get the Refund after the deduction of the Payment Gateway Fee 2.00% via 2 ways.

Late or missing refunds:

If you have not received any kind of refund after approval in next 25 days then first check your bank account statement with keywords like “ refund” after that, please contact to your credit card or bank.
