A Passport is an essential travel document for those who are traveling abroad for education, tourism, pilgrimage, medical attendance, business purposes and family visits. During the last few years, the growing economy and spreading globalization have led to an increased demand for Passport and related services. This increasing demand for passports and related services is coming from both large cities and smaller towns, creating a need for wider reach and availability. To augment and improve the delivery of passport services to Indian citizens, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) launched the Passport Seva Project (PSP) in May 2010.

1.How to Apply for Passport ?

Passport Seva enables simple, efficient and transparent processes for delivery of passport and related services. Apart from creating a countrywide networked environment for Government staff, it integrates with the State or central Government Police.

Passport can be applied online. Further, requests for New or Fresh Passport or Renewal & correction in Passport data may also be made online. 2.Steps to apply for Passport online

Step 1: Submit the Passport Application form available on www.esarkaribabu.com Website.
Step 2: Fill all the details in the form. Read the detailed instructions before furnishing the details in the form.
Step 3:  Mode of Payment:
Payment through credit/debit card, demand draft or net-banking. On successful payment, acknowledgment will be displayed. Save this acknowledgment number.
Step 4: Documents to be sent Passport Seva Kendra
Once the application and payment are accepted, the applicant is required supporting Xerox copy of documents and original documents send the physically through date of appointment Interviews.
Only after the receipt of the documents, Passport application would be processed by PVC Division. Documents include one proof of identity, one proof of address and one proof of date of birth and other each and every educational passing document.
