Types two Consents?

1.   Consent to Establish -
This consent to Establish must obtain by manufacturing company before starting Establishment. This Certificate is applicable for 5 years but not after production.

2.   MPCB Consent to Operate :
This consent need to obtain before starting production activity after getting Consent to Establish from Maharashtra pollution control board under Water Act 1974 and Air Act 1981.

3.   MPCB - Renewal of consent :
This consent need to Renewal Consent before expiry of Consent from MPCB under Water Act 1974 and Air Act 1981.
